We have used one other transportation company for several trips before, but decided to explore other options and decided to go with Black Car Everywhere after their prompt response and best rate we found. I had 2 kiddos needing reliable car seats, which they were able to provide. Communication was better than our previous service, which allowed me a piece of mind that my reservation was received. Our driver was on time for pickup to the airport and literally met us as we walked out the airport doors. No wait on our end and I was SO impressed. I loved that our driver who took us to the airport was the same driver who picked us up on the way back - he knew exactly what to expect! Will definitely be using this service again. We used this service to get from O'Hare to Downtown and then back to O'Hare for our departure. Rates were reasonable, not much more than an Uber and it's a much nicer way to travel. They load and unload your bags for you. You book and pay in advance on their website. They do add a 20% tip to the cost at booking, but that is the only additional fee. I didn't mind that because I didn't have to worry about adding the tip after being dropped off. Our inbound flight was delayed and since they track your flight, they adjusted accordingly. They communicated well with a confirmation and ongoing texts from our driver. A picture of our driver was provided. For our return trip, we had a 6:00am pickup and the driver was on time to our hotel, a little early actually. The drivers were courteous, professional and the vehicles were luxe - a Cadillac Escalade and a Lincoln Navigator. If we ever return to Chicago and need a ride, I would use them again, and highly recommend.
